2) You must provide a 24 hour cancellation notice (by phone or via delivery-confirmed email) or you will be charged for the session you missed.

Refunds:
1) You can request a refund within 30 days of purchase.
2) One lifetime refund per person (once you receive a program or service refund, you are not eligible for any more refunds).
